The OD-426 split frame pipe cutting machine covers pipe diameters
between 300 mm and 426 mm. It delivers precise cold cutting and
beveling without introducing heat distortion or metallurgical
changes. The clamshell body allows quick onsite mounting, making it
ideal for pipeline shutdowns, valve replacement, and emergency
repairs. The OD-426 is widely used in power stations, oil
pipelines, chemical plants, and marine industries. Operators can
easily perform V, J, or compound bevels, as well as facing
operations. Its durable tool slides, reliable drive system, and

Split Frame Advantage
The split frame clamshell enables mounting directly on pipelines
without dismantling. Each component is secured to the halves,

Steel and Aluminum Body Options
OD426 comes with a steel body for maximum cutting strength on
heavy-wall alloy pipes, and an aluminum body for easier handling
where weight reduction is critical. Both ensure long-lasting
performance.
Flexible Accessories and Drives
Compatible with multiple tools, OD426 allows beveling, facing,
boring, and flange machining. It can be driven pneumatically,
hydraulically, or electrically, ensuring maximum adaptability to
